Abander PhotosControl is such a simple free tool that it doesn`t even need installing. It is a type of graphic viewer but also has other utilities.

Among those utilites you can organize and order photos by different criteria, it has an EXIF and IPTC tag editor, it applies filters looking for the photos you want, it renames files from the information stored on the tags, etc.

Abander PhotosControl also lets you do some small graphic retouchings, like rotate, resize, convert, etc. You can also edit, delete, copy and paste any of the photos.

For programmers it is interesting that on the author`s website you can buy the source code (for Delphi 7) of how this program was done.
